The Practice You Were Meant To Build
Build your private practice from the inside out: who you are as a clinician, who your work is for, and how to let the right people find you.

Most therapists build from the outside in. We choose the most polished headshot, set up a social media presence, place ads where they're cheapest, and hope all that effort adds up to a sense of who we are as clinicians.
This course works in the other direction. It begins with the question I wish someone had asked me earlier: Who do you actually want to be as a clinician, and how much of that person do you want visible?
Not a formula someone else followed, but a way to figure out what you want to offer, who you want to offer it to, and how to build a practice that genuinely reflects both.
Module 1: Positioning
Who you are, who you're for, and how to say it. Finding your niche, writing your bio, picturing your ideal client, pricing, your referral pitch, and describing your treatment approach.
Module 2: Marketing
Let the right people find you. Google Business and Yelp, social media, client reviews, local ads, therapist directories, and your personal website.
Module 3: Clinical Presence
The version of you that speaks before you do. Your space, continuing education, telehealth, your headshot, certifications, and publications.
Module 4: Sustainability
Build a practice that holds you too. Burnout, systems and operations, group therapy, webinars and workshops, financial planning, and your 90-day roadmap.
Bonus: What You See When You Know What to Look For
Eleven minutes inside a first session with a new client: what most therapists would notice, and what I noticed.
